By using Heptaon you accept the terms below. This page describes the roles, the limits of liability and how to reach us.
Platform operator
The Heptaon platform is operated by APP4THINK SRL, a company registered in Romania, VAT ID 47662438.

Heptaon's role
Heptaon is a directory that lists local businesses. We are not a party to the contracts concluded between users and the listed providers. Prices, availability and service quality are the direct responsibility of the business you choose.
We reserve the right to remove providers that do not comply with applicable law or that receive verified complaints.
User accounts
Customer accounts are created by signing in with an external provider (e.g. Google). Each user is responsible for keeping their account secure.
Businesses can access the platform through owner accounts created by administrators. Editing rights are limited to the business's own data.
Country-specific terms
Each market has its own legal pages, in the local language: Romania at /ro/termeni and France at /fr/mentions-legales. Where they differ, the country page applies to services contracted in that country.
Changes
These terms may be updated. Continuing to use the platform after a new version is published means you accept it.
